On this show we begin with a report of a Wisconsin man who just set the World Record for doing push ups in a year. Nate Carroll from Wisconsin did more than 1.5 million push ups over the course of a year, to raise money and awareness for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. He did his 1,500,231st push up on the 50 yard line of met Stadium in NY, during halftime of the 48th Annual Fun City Bowl, an annual showdown between the FDNY and NYPD football teams. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation supports our nation’s first responders, veterans, and their families by providing these heroes and the families they leave behind with mortgage-free homes.
