David Ayers, and National Kidney Awareness Month

On this show we talk about the inspiring story of David Ayres, the 42 year old Zamboni Driver who, due to 2 Goalie injuries, was called in to play for the Carolina Canes in the NHL.  He saved the last 7 shots of the game for the Canes to beat the Toronto Maple Leafs 6 to 3.  Ayres, who had a Kidney Transplant several years ago, has brought awareness to Kidney Health.  In fact the Canes are selling a David Ayres shirt on their website with portions of the proceeds going to a Kidney Foundation.  On this episode we also cover a few of the awareness topics for the Month of March.
