The Adam Ritz Show

Social Awareness Radio
for Public Affairs, News & Sports Talk

We start the show with a live audience at the Delta Kappa Epsilon National Convention and feature DKE Parker Lawson and his chapter’s efforts to get involved in the community. Learn about the Deke Leap-frog-athon and how they raise money and awareness for several charities and foundations in Kentucky.

Our feature interview is with Sam Barrett at Huntington University. Sam shares the story of how he got involved with a hometown friend, Torri Biddle, to help her get a bionic hand with the help of MTV and The Hanger Clinic. Learn how you can help someone else receive a bionic hand from The Hanger Clinic.

Segments include: A Special Report form California from our own TJ Brassil, who catches up with Landrin and Mary Kelly, parents of Terrance Kelly. Terrance was murdered 10 years ago and is now the inspiration for the movie When The Game Stands Tall. Landrin and Mary tell us about the Terrance Kelly Youth Foundation.

Calvin Hill, a Dallas Cowboys legend, talks with us about player development, responsibility, and fatherhood (his son is NBA legend Grant Hill).
We close out the show learning about a charity at Florida Gulf Coast University carried on by the gentlemen of Kappa Alpha Order.
